The Heart of Social Impact at Scrubbed
At Scrubbed, we believe that our commitment to excellence extends far beyond the services we provide—it’s also deeply rooted in how we show up for our communities.
Long before it had an official name, Scrubbed professionals were already finding meaningful ways to give back and create lasting, positive change. In 2021, this passion and purpose were formalized through the creation of the Social Impact Events (SIE) Committee, a team dedicated to expanding and organizing our social impact efforts.
The SIE Committee was established to support Scrubbed’s commitment to corporate social responsibility by building bridges between the company’s resources and the evolving needs of the communities we serve. With a clear mission to empower, uplift, and create sustainable change, the Committee provides a platform for Scrubbed professionals to actively contribute to causes that matter.
Guided by Scrubbed’s mission and vision—
to be a global community that attracts and develops the right talent committed to providing excellent products and services—the Committee plays a vital role in aligning our business model with our deeper purpose: creating and sustaining social impact in the local community.
Our impact reaches across multiple areas: we help improve living conditions, empower individuals through skills development, and strengthen relationships with partner organizations. The Committee’s activities span Environmental Initiatives, Community Engagements, Education, and Health, ensuring we contribute to a well-rounded and meaningful social presence.
Through the SIE Committee, we are not just supporting communities—we’re cultivating a culture of service, compassion, and shared responsibility. This is what it means to be Scrubbed.

A summary of key achievements from 2024
Tree Planting
In 2024, Scrubbed launched its commitment to environmental sustainability through two impactful tree-planting events.
On March 23, 38 volunteers planted 100 bamboo seedlings and 200 fruit trees in Sitio Target, Angeles City, in partnership with the Abacan River and Angeles Watershed Advocacy Council, Inc. (ARAW-ACI) and the Kapatirang Aetas ng Angeles-Porac para sa Kalikasan at Agrikultura (KAAPKA). The day ended with heartfelt reflections, a shared lunch, and a gift of a grass cutter to our community liaison, Kuya Henry, as a token of gratitude.
Building on this momentum, 15 volunteers gathered on August 4 at Wright Park, Baguio City, for another tree-planting initiative in partnership with the City Environment and Parks Management Office (CEPMO). Together, they planted trees to combat climate change and promote environmental restoration.
These events reflect Scrubbed’s united efforts to nurture the environment and create a greener, more sustainable future.

330 KG - fresh produce resold
The “Fruits and Veggies Selling for a Cause” event was a great success, with 330 kg of fresh produce resold to support the families in Sitio Target, Sapang Bato, Angeles City. The initiative, stemming from our tree and crop planting efforts, not only provided the community with fresh fruits and vegetables but also helped generate funds for their continued growth. A huge thank you to everyone who supported the cause by making purchases, helping to make a meaningful impact on both the community and the environment!

Aid for Disaster Relief
The response following the devastating aftermath of Typhoon Carina stands as a powerful testament to SIE's unwavering commitment. The SIE Committee's swift and effective action brought much-needed relief to a significant 680 families spanning across Bataan, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Pampanga, and Rizal.
The success of this initiative was significantly bolstered by the dedicated donation drive held from July 30 to August 8, 2023. This collective effort, fueled by the generosity of Scrubbees, resulted in a substantial collection of essential items.
This initiative not only provided immediate relief but also demonstrated the enduring spirit of care and support that defines the Scrubbed Incorporated community.
Animal Welfare
Education Support
In 2023, SIE Chapter 8 made significant strides in supporting the Mangyan community in Occidental Mindoro. Their involvement in Brigada Eskwela provided essential school supplies and necessities to Mangyan students while actively promoting community engagement in education. This dedication earned the SIE team commendations as the top stakeholder in Brigada Eskwela from Malino Integrated School and recognition from Camba National High School for their valuable contribution to Project Isko.
Building on this foundation, 2024 saw continued and expanded efforts in education support. SIE Chapter 5 successfully aided the indigenous youth at Sandelain Elementary School in Nueva Ecija, providing school supplies, T-shirts, and umbrellas to 91 students, thereby empowering their educational journey as part of a broader corporate social responsibility initiative. SIE Chapter 8 further extended its impact through a Brigada Eskwela project at Canabang Elementary School, directly serving Indigenous People students in Paclolo, Magsaysay. This event provided not only school supplies and hygiene kits but also fostered a sense of community through games and shared meals.
Collectively, these initiatives underscore SIE's multifaceted approach to Education Support. By providing essential resources, actively engaging in school maintenance and enrichment programs, and specifically targeting vulnerable populations such as indigenous youth and orphaned children, the organization is making a tangible difference in fostering educational opportunities and empowering the next generation.
Sustainable Living
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we extend support to those in the primary sector of our economy—farmers and fishermen—by providing financial assistance and essential supplies.
Beyond sustainability, SIE is equally dedicated to making a difference in the healthcare sector—particularly for those who lack access to basic medical care. Our yearly blood donation drives, medical supplies and equipment donations to hospitals, and outreach programs for social welfare institutions serving homeless children and the elderly are just some of the ways we strive to bring care and compassion where it's needed most.
Hunger & Food Security
In 2023, the Adopt-a-Community SIE initiative made a significant impact by supporting 900 individuals associated with Day by Day Jesus Ministries. This extensive outreach extended beyond Pampanga to Pangasinan, reaching diverse groups including church members, street dwellers, indigenous communities, blue-collar workers, and impoverished families. The aid provided was comprehensive, including essential food items like spaghetti packs and rice, alongside other necessities.
