Pricing & Package Scope

The base rate for the Standard Audit Package is $6,000 for eligible Human Interest marketplace engagements, subject to Scrubbed Assurance, LLP’s client acceptance, independence evaluation, scope confirmation, and executed engagement letter.

SCOPE & TERMS:

Pricing, scope, and eligibility apply exclusively to Human Interest marketplace engagements and are subject to Scrubbed’s standard acceptance procedures, formal proposal, and a separate engagement letter.

The Human Interest Audit Relief package supports the audit process but does not replace Scrubbed Assurance, LLP’s independent audit procedures. Scrubbed may request additional information from the plan sponsor, Human Interest, Matrix Trust, payroll providers, or other service providers as needed.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Standard Plan Structure
Uses a single payroll provider and is expected to be eligible for an ERISA Section 103(a)(3)(C) audit based on a proper plan administrator election and qualifying certification.
Stable Operational History
No nonstandard complexity, such as recent mergers, spin-offs, or compliance corrections (e.g., late deposits or vesting adjustments).
Data & Execution Readiness
Supported by complete and appropriate trustee, custodian, bank, or insurance company certification, including Matrix Trust certification where applicable.

FEE RESPONSIBILITY

The Plan is fully responsible for the audit fee. Any Human Interest credit is subject to its own program terms; the Plan Sponsor remains responsible for any balance not covered by that credit.

Out-of-Scope Variations

Additional work may be required for missing or incomplete information, certification gaps, multiple payroll providers, late contribution remittances, plan corrections, vesting or eligibility issues, plan mergers, spin-offs, terminations, conversions, prior-year audit issues, SOC/control matters, participant data issues, or other nonstandard complexity. Any additional work will be addressed through the engagement letter or a written amendment.

Independence & Engagement Terms

Direct Engagement

The Plan engages Scrubbed Assurance, LLP directly under an independent engagement letter. Human Interest is not the auditor, a party to the engagement, or an endorser of these services.

Firm Responsibilities

Scrubbed Assurance, LLP retains sole responsibility for client acceptance, independence, audit scope, procedures, documentation, conclusions, and report issuance.

Offer Expiration

Terms and pricing for this marketplace offering are valid for engagements initiated on or before December 31, 2026.
