Redea has led the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Team since 2015, where she oversees financial due diligence for merger and acquisitions deals, valuations, and telecommunications and media regulatory filings support services. She specializes in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence across a diverse range of industries including retail, services, manufacturing and distribution, and more. Prior to joining Scrubbed, Redea was at SGV and Co., an EY member firm, where she gained experience in external auditing of services and merchandising companies. Before that, she worked in the Australian market segment of EY, focusing on auditing companies in the asset management industry. Redea has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since November 2011. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Holy Angel University in the Philippines.
