Marta Rubin Kiesling is a Managing Director at Dunleavy & Associates, joining in 2019. An attorney by training, she brings extensive experience from large law firms, consulting, finance, and the nonprofit sector, where she has served as a founder, executive director, and board member.

Marta specializes in strategic planning, organizational assessment, board development, leadership coaching, executive search, and development strategy. Her past roles include Executive Director for The ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter and founder of Steel River Playhouse. She also held leadership positions at the Philadelphia Film Society, Mercer Human Resource Consulting, and the Delaware Group. Marta began her legal career at Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz.

Dedicated to community service, Marta has served on numerous boards across education, workforce development, arts and culture, and health. She is a National Standards for Excellence Institute® Licensed Consultant and holds a BA from Dickinson College and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.

Laurence - Scrubbed

Laurence Cristopher Ruelo

Director Finance, Professional Business Services and Non Profit

Laurence is an Accounting Director and leads comprehensive accounting and advisory support for clients across Professional and Business Services, Social Enterprises, and Non-Profit sectors. With over a decade of professional experience in financial management and advisory services, he has demonstrated expertise in optimizing financial operations for international organizations. His work includes successful on-site implementations of streamlined finance processes across multiple locations, ensuring precise reporting of individual location performance and organization-wide consolidated results.

James Bryan Torrico

Senior Accounting Manager, Scrubbed

James is currently a Senior Accounting Manager at Scrubbed specializing in nonprofit organizations. He is dedicated to helping nonprofits maximize their financial resources by overseeing grant management, expense tracking, and budget forecasting to ensure efficient and mission-driven financial planning.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (Philippines) and a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (US) with 14 years of accounting and finance background. James possesses a diverse skill set that encompasses various areas, including taxation, contracts and pricing, billing and settlement, intragroup operations, and joint ventures. Prior to joining Scrubbed, James held positions at IBM and Shell. James also possesses a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
