Rizza is a seasoned professional with 17 years of experience in the industry, currently serving as Director and Management Advisory Committee Alignment Officer at Scrubbed. She spent 8 years as an auditor with KPMG Philippines and KPMG Singapore, focusing on manufacturing, construction, and shipping sectors. She also served as Legal Entity Controller for 5 years with Citibank Shared Services Manila and Deutsche Bank Group Manila. Her specialties and skills are in auditing, assurance, and management advisory. Rizza is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduated Cum Laude from St. Louis University with a degree in Accountancy. Rizza is also the director of Scrubbed’s Social Impact Events. Rizza finds joy in mentoring and providing guidance to her team in her current position. In her free time, Rizza enjoys watching Korean dramas, reading, and spending time with her dog. She also enjoys baking and collecting books by Mitch Albom.

Redea Rivera

Redea Rivera-Garcia

Redea is the head of the Transaction Advisory Team and has been leading the team dedicated to one of the top 10 largest public accounting firms in the US since March 2015 in which she has gained more than 6 years of experience in financial due diligence. Redea has 2 years of experience in auditing companies in the services and merchandising industry at EY Philippines. She also worked in the Australian Market segment of EY, focusing on the asset management industry. She also has a year of experience in accounting for real estate clients. Redea has been a licensed CPA since November 2011. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Holy Angel University in the Philippines.

Julemm Banag

Julemm is a seasoned professional with 13 years of experience in the field of risk advisory. Currently serving as the Director of the Risk Advisory Group at Scrubbed, Julemm brings valuable expertise and insights to the table. With a strong background in risk assessment and internal controls, she has previously held positions as a Risk Advisory Associate/Senior Associate at RG Manabat – KPMG PH, an Internal Control Senior at PMFTC, Inc., and a Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor at the same organization. Julemm’s areas of specialization include internal audit, risk advisory, SOX audit, and IT audit. Holding a CPA license, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the Philippine School of Business Administration – Manila. Passionate about her career, Julemm finds fulfillment in impacting key stakeholders’ decisions by offering guidance and advice on enhancing internal controls to help organizations achieve their objectives. When not immersed in the world of risk advisory, she nurtures her love for travel and has a particular interest in visiting Switzerland and Iceland.

Roel Tiglao

Roel Tiglao

Roel has more than 6 years of audit experience, 3 years of which with Scrubbed. He is a pioneer team member of the External Audit Support team and has audited various industries such as healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, lending, construction, and hospitality. He was a former senior associate with an EY member firm in the Philippines and had been with the firm for 3 years. He was also an Income Audit Supervisor at a three star business and leisure hotel for a year. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Holy Angel University in the Philippines and has obtained his license as a Certified Public Accountant.

Rafael Angelo De Jesus

Rafael De Jesus

Rafael is a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at Scrubbed, with over 10 years of professional experience, including two years in his current role. He previously worked for JP Morgan Chase & Co. as a Financial Analyst and for Deustche Bank as an Operations Manager/Product Lead Controller, responsible for the profit and loss of Equity Derivatives. Rafael’s areas of expertise include financial due diligence, data analysis, transaction advisory services, finance, and revenue analysis. He holds a CPA and a US CMA license. In his spare time, Rafael enjoys quality time with his wife, taking care of their dogs, running, and calisthenics. He is also a former band member and a long-time photojournalist who has won regional and national awards.
