As President and CEO, Mark leads Scrubbed’s strategic vision and oversees the company’s service operations groups and teams in the Philippines. He is responsible for guiding the organization’s growth and ensuring exceptional client service. With over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and consulting, Mark has worked extensively with EY in the US and internationally. He also served as a senior manager with OUM & Co. LLP, a BDO Alliance member firm in the United States, and as a corporate controller with Rockwood Capital LLC in San Francisco. Mark co-founded Scrubbed 14 years ago, playing a key role in scaling the firm to over 1,500+ professionals across five specialized service lines, providing turnkey solutions in accounting & finance, tax, corporate finance, assurance, and other emerging business needs of clients across the globe. Mark graduated with distinction from the University of the Philippines and is a certified public accountant in both the US (inactive) and the Philippines.
