Our Director of Finance, Laurence, has more than 10 years’ experience providing full accounting and advisory support to Nonprofit clients. Many of his projects have included working on-site with international organizations to streamline their finance processes across their locations and ensure accurate reports for individual locations and organization-wide.
James Bryan Torrico

James Bryan Torrico

James helps social enterprises with their COVID-19 PPP loan and forgiveness applications, which have been crucial during these challenging times. He champions continuous improvement mindset, and has 10 years of accounting experience in taxation, contracts and pricing, billing and settlement, intragroup, joint venture, and nonprofit. He worked for IBM and Shell prior to joining Scrubbed. James is a CPA, Lean Six Sigma greenbelter and taekwondo blackbelter. He is married with three kids, and loves Mondays and pineapple on pizza.

Robert Ladrillo

Robert brings more than 7 years of accounting experience to Scrubbed which includes experience with general accounting, government accounting, and teaching Accounting and Auditing. He manages the accounting team, working closely with clients to ensure that they have the finance and accounting information they need to make informed decisions and meet their missions. He is a CPA and holds a degree in Accountancy from Holy Angel University.
