Ismaila Sougoufara is Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Jaguar Health, a role he has held since 2020. He previously spent six years as a management consultant with Patina Nation and seven years with RSM US LLP in Attestation and Assurance Services, after beginning his career at EY. Ismaila earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Baldwin Wallace University and brings extensive experience in accounting and finance leadership across industries.

With 16 years of experience, Gliezel David is a seasoned expert in technical accounting, specializing in IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX/PCAOB reporting standards. Her expertise was forged at PwC Philippines, where she was a Senior Manager and completed a significant secondment to PwC’s US offices in Connecticut and New York. As Director of Technical Accounting Services at Scrubbed, she provides clients with critical support, from adopting new standards to meticulous financial statement reviews. Gliezel is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas.
