Meet the Scrubbed ESG Team
JM Respeto
JM has 9 years of solid, in-depth accounting and auditing experience. He is an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) knowledge head. He has a deep understanding of ESG principles and practices.
He assists clients in preparing sustainability reports, identifying policy improvements aligned with ESG goals, conducting internal and external ESG-related trainings, and more.
His extensive knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP assists clients in bridging financial and sustainability reporting. His client portfolio includes top global companies in retail and distribution, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, healthcare, pharmaceutical, hotels, business services, not-for-profit organizations, and education.
Prior to joining Scrubbed, he was an Assurance Senior Manager at PwC Philippines with international audit experience in EY Barbados. JM graduated Summa Cum Laude and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines.
KC Vizon
KC has 5 years of professional experience specializing in Environmental Impact Assessment, and Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) advisory, consultancy, and assurance. She has a vast experience and knowledge in ESG and Sustainability.
She excels at identifying her clients’ ESG-related metrics and topics and is capable of preparing sustainability reports aligned with different sustainability frameworks and guidelines, such as, but not limited to, GRI, TCFD, and ESRS. She is also experienced in conducting high-level and deep-dive gap assessments of company disclosures, ensuring adherence to different sustainability standards.
Prior to joining Scrubbed, she was a Climate Change and Sustainability Services Lead Associate at EY GDS Philippines and an Environmental Specialist at a research and consultancy company based in the Philippines. KC pursued graduate studies and earned a Diploma Degree in Urban and Regional Planning (DURP) from the University of the Philippines Diliman, further reinforcing her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a focus on Biology at the Central Luzon State University.

With our continuous commitment to reducing our GHG emissions, we shifted to a hybrid work arrangement, narrowing down our combined transportation and energy footprints while allowing our professionals to work productively and in spaces that are most comfortable for them.
Natural Lighting
We make sure that natural light is available for everyone within our office environment. We encourage taking advantage of natural lighting, leading to a healthier work style and reduced energy footprint.
Community Transportation
For company events and even the regular working day commute, we encourage and assist our teams in organizing carpooling to help reduce emissions.
